Women’s Mindfulness Days

Women’s Mindfulness Days are held quarterly

These are full day designed for Women (and all Fem Identifying Persons) that include meditation, Mindfulness practices, yoga and discussions on topics that pertain to the feminine energy. You can expect to come away with renewed energy and shifted perceptions that heal and transform us.
