Using the thousands years old practices of Mindfulness as well as my own experiences, MBA is designed to take you on a journey to awakening to your truth.

Anyone new to Mindfulness or already with a practice.

Those who are curious about how Mindfulness can not only reduce stress and increase resiliency, but also awaken relationship to our true self.
