What this adventure entails…
This is a 4 day experience where we can take full advantage of being away from the day-to-day. While exploring nature, we'll also be exploring how Mindfulness can take us deep into a connection with our inner wisdom and natural knowing, our innate self healing abilities, and ways to continue a life of peace, joy and well-being.
Camp is nestled deep in the trees. You'll be comfortable in tents (on platforms) with options for sleeping pads or cots (or bring your own!). There will be daily options for outdoor adventure including kayaking in the Apostle Islands, hiking, forest bathing, and more!
Kathleen will lead yoga, mindfulness, meditation each day, plus special workshops, transformative ceremonies and the powerful practice of yoga nidra.
If you're interested in exploring the unique town of Bayfield before or after the retreat, it's just a short drive away!

Register by July 1: $1000 in full ($750 after the deposit) is due by July 15.
Register after July 1: $1075 in full ($825 after deposit) is due by July 15.
