Remember – Peaceful Way is 5:30 – 6:30 p.m today at . Hope to see you there for a lovely hour of mindfulness. This practice session will focus on using mindfulness to approach our ongoing and situational stresses with a mindset of peace and calm. Stress will always be a part of our lives, it is a choice to suffer or be in peace.
This is a great self-care session that is appropriate for all. No registration needed – just show up and join us!
