Cultivate a peaceful heart in times of stress.
Stress is part of life. Unwanted situations will come about without our permission.
It’s especially difficult to find inner peace when stress is ongoing. If we’re not careful, we end up frazzled, burnt out, depleted and even acting out of character.
This home retreat will focus on practices and activities to calm the heart, mind and body no matter what’s going on outside of you. Further, we’ll find out just how stress, challenge and unwanted situations can lead to an awakened heart.
I truly believe that challenges are our opportunities to find inner peace and evolve towards our best selves. I can’t wait to share with you my own practices and guide you on a weekend of peace, calm, and equanimity.
