This is a series on Mindfulness for coming home to peace, radical acceptance, authenticity, and even healing the soul.
You can expect each session to include a lesson by Kathleen that combines teachings of Mindfulness, psychology, and her own personal experiences. There will be meditation, mantras, and movement (gentle for every body!) to deepen the theme of the session.
